Tech House (Tech House) - a musical style that emerged from the mixing of house and techno music.
The direction emerged in the early nineties. The style was mainly influenced by Eddie Richards and Terry Francis , combining the traditional structure of house music in their mixes with dub versions of garage tracks and harsh variations on the Detroit techno theme.
After a while, people attending London's Subterrain and Wiggle parties began to make music that sounded in the sets of these DJs. Music created in this style is characterized by rare percussion grooves, spacious sound, deep bass line.
This trend was most widespread among the masses thanks to the Plastic City label, in particular, Jean F. Cochois (Timewriter) and Norman Feller (Terry Lee Brown Jr.). They brought more deep house sound to this style, which added beauty and juiciness to it.
